A second win in Lyon!

This Sunday, June 12, the Frenchman Corentin Moutet won the Open Sopra Steria in dominant Argentine Pedro Cachin, 6-4, 6-4. At the age of 23, he succeeds Uruguayan Pablo Cuevas.

The Parisian, 128th in the ATP standings had easily had his compatriot Manuel Guinard in the semi-finals of the night while Pedro Cachin had eliminated Richard Gasquet. Corentin Moutet thus lifts the 5th trophy of his careerthe first since 2019. This is also his second win in this Challenger de Lyon, since he had won it in 2019.

Thanks to this crown, he could have done otherwise back to Top 100 from this Monday.
